Once the Let is agreed – you pass the rest to us! We will carry out referencing, collect all funds, and ensure the property is compliant and ready for move-in. We can arrange all services required such as:

Property Management
From day one, we will manage every aspect of the tenancy. We will collect the rent, process any contractor payments, and pay the landlord along with a detailed statement. We will handle all day-to-day queries right through to checkout and deposit return.
Maintenance
We provide full access to an exclusive 24 hour automated system, making it really simple to liaise with your landlords and tenants regarding any maintenance issues.
Tenancy Administration
- Serving of Notices as and when required– Section 21 / 8 / 6 / 13
- Tenancy Renewals – Negotiate with Landlord and Tenant, rent review, prepare paperwork
- Day to Day management queries
- Drawing up of contracts / move-in packs
- Register deposit and all relevant paperwork
- Utilities – Notify all utility companies + meter readings
- Inspections – Initially after 3 months then 6 monthly
- Checkouts – Organise report, liaise on deposit return /deal with disputes

Following your initial enquiry, we need to get to know you and your lettings business and how it operates. This process starts with a conversation to explore your pains and needs, because no two lettings businesses are the same. Development
Whatever package we recommend will be purely based on your requirements, business structure, and goals. The cost will depend on the size of your portfolio. We will also make recommendations for maximising the effectiveness and efficiency of an outsourcing partnership with Resifix.
Delivery
Once you decide to proceed, we will then agree a launch date and provide you with a contract and details of our take-on process. This will illustrate how and when portfolio details will be transferred to us. You will be put in touch with our Operations Director and our take-on team, who follow a proven system to ensure the transfer is seamless and stress-free.
